Bruce Daisley is a bestselling author and technology leader from the UK. He has become regarded as one of the most respected thought leaders on the subject of workplace culture and the future of work. LinkedIn declared him one of the world's top 10 voices on the topic.

Fons is supporting companies in the development of their HRM for over 30 years, in various leading consulting and interim roles. Currently he works with Mercer Europe, designing and delivering projects to further prepare HRM for the future. His key interest is how people can flourish, grow and perform in organizations and how companies can best organize that.
He lives in and works from the Mercer offices in Amsterdam.
